The internationally active life insurance company Elips Life aims to make internal processes more efficient while reducing high licensing costs. To achieve these goals, a customized solution based on the Microsoft Power Platform was developed in collaboration with Flumerics Solutions GmbH.
At the heart of the project was the replacement of an existing application used for managing and approving supplier invoices. The previous solution, based on ServiceNow, not only incurred high operating costs but also lacked transparency in its functionality. In close cooperation, Flumerics Solutions developed a user-friendly Power App within two months, tailored precisely to Elips Life’s needs and enabling seamless integration into the ERP system.
The new solution digitizes the entire invoice approval process, allows for structured data collection, and offers valuable analytical capabilities through integrated analysis functions. This has not only increased day-to-day efficiency but also sustainably reduced operating costs.
The collaboration was efficient and solution-oriented. The new application was successfully launched in a very short time and now serves as the foundation for further digitalization initiatives at Elips Life.
