MyBluePlanet is passionately committed to sustainability projects and raises awareness of this important issue for the future among children and young people in schools. The organisation is supported by a strong community of volunteers, members and partners. Until now, however, there has been no central overview of the people involved, and valuable resources have been tied up in manual administrative tasks.
To solve this challenge, Flumerics implemented a customised CRM solution based on Dynamics 365, supported by Power Automate with efficient workflow automation. The platform enables the centralised recording of all contacts and projects, automates the sending of donation receipts and membership fee reminders, and thus creates more transparency and reduces the workload for the team. Seamless integration with a payment provider also ensures smooth operations.
In addition to this initial implementation, Flumerics supports MyBluePlanet in the continuous development of the platform and maintains a collaborative partnership with the aim of implementing innovative and tailor-made solutions.
With this commitment, Flumerics is contributing to strengthening this valuable initiative for greater sustainability in Switzerland.
