OfficeCare aims to improve document-related processes while ensuring consistency and reducing manual effort. To achieve these goals, an officeatwork integration within Microsoft Dynamics 365 was implemented in collaboration with Flumerics Solutions GmbH.
At the heart of the project was the need to simplify and standardize document creation. Previously, creating documents such as offers, contracts, and reports required manual work and led to inconsistencies in formatting and content. By integrating officeatwork directly into Dynamics 365, Flumerics enabled automated document generation based on predefined templates and real-time data.
The new solution allows for efficient document creation, ensures consistent use of templates, and improves data accuracy. By connecting document templates directly to Dynamics 365 data, manual effort is reduced and processes become more streamlined.
The collaboration was efficient and solution-oriented. The integration was implemented smoothly and now provides a solid foundation for structured and scalable document management within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
